Terms of service

1. Acceptance and operator

devwithjev (the “Site”) is an independent catalog operated by Enzo (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, submitting content, or buying a sponsor placement, you agree to these terms and our Privacy policy. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you may bind it to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase.

2. The service

The Site publishes a curated directory of third-party projects and offers fixed-term digital sponsor placements. Directory entries link to their original sources; we do not own or endorse the projects they describe. The Site is not affiliated with TypeSafe AI.

Automated systems, including third-party AI services, may evaluate submissions and create a sponsor name or description from the website you provide. Automated results can be incomplete or inaccurate. You may request a correction through the contact channel below.

3. Submissions

You may submit a public project for possible inclusion. You confirm that the information is accurate, the linked material may lawfully be displayed or referenced, and your submission does not violate another person’s rights. Submission does not guarantee publication. We may edit, reject, correct, or remove a listing at any time.

4. Sponsor placements

• A purchase covers the number of weeks selected at checkout. It is a one-time order and does not renew automatically.
• The total price is the weekly bid multiplied by the selected term, as shown before payment. Prices are in US dollars; applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
• Placement begins after payment is confirmed and normally goes live automatically. A higher bid ranks above a lower bid, so position may change as other sponsors purchase placements.
• You authorize us to use the submitted website’s name, logo, public metadata, and a short description to provide the placement.

5. Payment

Waffo Pancake is the merchant of record and processes payments, taxes, receipts, and refunds. By confirming a purchase, you authorize Waffo Pancake to charge the amount displayed at checkout. Waffo Pancake handles payment-card data; complete card details do not pass through or remain on our servers. If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank so we can investigate.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Sponsor placements are digital services delivered immediately after payment and generally cannot be cancelled once live. We will provide a full refund for a duplicate charge or if we cannot activate the placement within 72 hours. If an outage caused by us prevents the placement from appearing for more than 72 consecutive hours, we will, at your choice, extend the term or refund the affected time on a pro-rata basis. No refund is due when a placement is removed because it violates these terms. Any non-waivable rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

Send a refund request through the contact channel below with the buyer email, transaction reference, and reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; bank processing times may vary.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use the Site or purchase a placement for content that is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, infringing, abusive, sexually exploits minors, distributes malware or phishing, violates privacy rights, or interferes with the Site’s security or operation. You must not misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or attempt to manipulate rankings or payment systems.

8. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of material you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, edit, and display that material only as needed to operate and promote the Site and your listing. The Site’s original design, code, and editorial material remain ours or our licensors’. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

9. Privacy and security

Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy policy. You are responsible for ensuring that information you submit may be lawfully shared with us.

10. Availability and disclaimers

Except where law requires otherwise, the Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular audience size, traffic, clicks, sales, ranking position, or the accuracy of AI-generated or third-party content. Site statistics are informational and may change.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities. Our total liability arising from a paid placement will not exceed the amount you paid for that placement during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Suspension and removal

We may suspend or remove content or a sponsor placement when it violates these terms, presents a security or legal risk, or when required by law. We may discontinue the Site; if that ends an active paid placement for reasons unrelated to your breach, we will refund its unused time on a pro-rata basis.

13. Disputes

Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. These terms are governed by the laws applicable where the operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer protections and rights to bring a claim in your home jurisdiction are unaffected.

14. Changes

We may update these terms and will post the new effective date here. Material changes apply prospectively; a paid placement remains governed by the terms presented when it was purchased unless a change is required by law. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

15. General

These terms and the Privacy policy are the entire agreement about the Site. If one provision is unenforceable, the rest remain effective. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign a paid placement without our consent.
