I built a job-roasting machine on Jev - paste a JD, it grills it line by line. "Comfortable with ambiguity" → Nobody knows the plan. One second. A tenth of a cent.
It interprets phrases such as “We're like a family here” as a lack of boundaries and “Wear many hats” as three employees. The post describes the scoring as cheap and fast.
