Users can export channel data as JSON for analysis of each post’s intent, quality, sentiment, and reaction tone. For DMs and group chats, it analyzes topic, intention, and emotion, and provides a per-speaker tone summary. The questions and choices can be customized in settings, and the tool supports Vercel AI Gateway and Typesafe AI API keys.
